The Edge Lofts

The Edge is a modern high-rise loft building in the Warehouse District of the Pearl. These open lofts are more modern than some of the neighboring loft buildings like Avenue and Marshall Wells, so if you prefer modern construction but with a loft feel this could be a good fit. Located at 1410 NW Kearney Street, living here gives you easy access to Pearl District restaurants, First Thursday, shops and more. And the NW Alphabet District/23rd area starts just a few blocks west. We're still waiting to see what goes into the old REI space on the first floor - what a shame we lost that.

Built in 2004, The Edge rises 11 stories and is home to 123 loft-style residences. The building features modern concrete construction — a notable distinction from the historic converted warehouses that define much of the surrounding Pearl District.
